People who always want to be at convenient places won’t make a change at controversial places.”― Martin Luther Kings Jr.I embarked my development sector journey 24 Yrs ago, from a small rural block of Rajasthan and gradually progressed from block to district, district to state, and eventually to the national level. This journey taught me the fundamental focus of development programs: the community, individuals, and institutions, from grassroots PRIs to the broader implementing units of blocks and districts, culminating in program design, monitoring and policy work at the state and national level.With a wealth of progressive leadership experience, I got opportunity to manage some of the large-scale complex Development Programs (NRHM, INHP, Sure Start, DFID-GoMP bilateral support initiatives) where I\'ve been instrumental in providing effective solutions that drive immediate impact and long-term success.Skilled in Policy Advocacy, Organizational Development, and Strategic Communication. I\'ve worked extensively in South Asia and collaborated on multi-country initiatives. My diverse educational background has enabled me to engage in cross-sectoral endeavors and create innovative Business Models and Products. I was honored with the CEO Special Mention award by Bal Raksha Bharat in 2022.
