Instituted a robust capability matrix by defining Learning & Development requirements and conducting trade skill mapping for Technicians and Engineers.* Formulated guidelines for Post Contract Management, Warranty Management, and sustenance support to platform/equipment worth INR 2400 Cr through its operational life cycle.* Managed Maintenance Fund worth approximately INR 200 Cr for upkeeping and addition/ alteration of office complex infrastructure and initiated new infrastructure projects worth approximately INR 125 Cr* Increased profit share of Servicemen/ Ex-Servicemen Welfare facility by 600%.
