   As the Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for providing visionary and strategic leadership for the university with a focus on implementation, working closely with the faculty, staff, students, and other supportive functions to advance the mission and goals of the institution.Key Accomplishments: Academics: Recruited new deans for the schools. Restructured the organogram for better administration. Initiated the new R&D center by appointing directors from recognized international institutes, started the incubation ecosystem, started faculty research seed funding program, started multidisciplinary (5 depts.) innovation program for students headed by faculty members, initiated the student innovation program. In second phase all the participants to be introduced to VC’s & angel investors. Created 3 tracks for the faculty members, i) as per UGC Teaching-Research, new- ii) Research-Teaching, Institution Building- Teaching and events/Admin dutiesResearch: Created infrastructure & culture of R&D; building Central Research facility which will be open 24/7. Submitted research proposals increased 10 times compared to previous years.Growth: Increased the student enrollment by 26%, Improved the application to enrollment ratio, strengthened the outreach program, reduced the cost per acquisition by 27%. New Product Development: Initiated 6 new programs in UG & PG. Started new PhD programs from 2023 in different cohorts.Placements: Restructured placement department and started Career Development Center preparing students for interviews based on their domain area. Alumni Engagement: Formalized Alumni connects and interaction in different countries/cities.
