Principal Data ArchitectWorking as a principal data architect for multi-country iHCM product leading data strategy, data architecture, metadata management, data governance, and GenAI initiatives. Technologies used: AWS, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, DynamoDB (NoSQL), Alation, Databricks, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock Leading the changes to data strategy and data architecture in view of global & integrated ADP products and GenAI initiatives. Partnered with Solution Architect, to drive the move for the iHCM system to a high-performance event-driven architecture, implementing key features like multi-tenant subdomain databases, configurable workflows and independent vertical stacks. Collaborated with data stewards, data owners and delivery teams in the US, Europe and Asia, setting up policies, processes, direction and selection of appropriate tools for iHCM metadata management, data dictionary, data governance, data quality and data standards. Driving the complete development lifecycle for internal and external GenAI initiatives by training and mentoring cross-functional teams, providing over-arching leadership, while enhancing the crucial improvements to data quality to support these initiatives. Led successful migration from on-premise data landscape to AWS cloud technologies and supported move of whole iHCM ecosystem to AWS. Notable Achievements All iHCM next gen clients successfully migrated to AWS eco-system. Delivered the updated data architecture for iHCM with a roadmap to achieve delivery of upgraded iHCM within the next financial year. Two GenAI solutions are providing clients great user experience, two more are in the final testing phase. Data dictionary and metadata are now in Alation and are used by all types of Stakeholders.
