Creating and implementing plans for automating key processes through in-house resources as well as third party automation companies for improving overall plant productivity. Developing and integrating production plans and directing plant operations to meet scheduled delivery dates, maintaining world-class quality standards with optimum productivity levels. Formulating & administering budgets; supervising, allocating and ensuring optimization of resources people, materials, processes & technology Collaborating with the company management in devising future product/process innovations & in establishing infrastructure to meet long-term business objectives. Responsible for Technology & Design Transfer from other customers and incorporation same here in India & Abroad. Monitoring & ensuring compliance with requirements of ISO systems, SOPs, local FDA/GMP regulations as well as product documentation and specifications. Liaising & communicating with customers in coordination with sales to schedule on time deliveries against orders as well as resolve product/quality issues. Ensuring effective communication to and compliance by company employees of company vision, mission, and objectives Leading the team to build an Ultra Precision Tool Room with 15k sq. ft. area.Products being handled in Kamal Medtech Ltd, Faridabad: Dental Implants, Abutments, Prosthetics, Cardiovascular Products like Inflation Devices, High Pressure Ext.
