With over 38 years of combined experience in the industry, research, and education sectors, I am an electronics professor and R&D leader who thrives on innovation and social development. As the Head of Research and Development at Suyog Telematics, I manage and oversee various telecom projects, such as cell towers, CCTV, FTTH, and in-building solutions, ensuring the optimum utilization of resources and equipment, and aligning with the company\'s strategic plans and future growth. My passion for education and research has led me to pursue a PhD in Electronics from SAMEER, IIT Bombay, and to serve as a professor and head of the Electronics and Telecommunication department at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology and other prestigious institutes. I have extensive expertise in antenna and RF system designing, cell tower power system optimization, PS safety measures and protection, and telecommunication system design. I have also authored multiple publications, text books, and patents in the field of electronics and communication engineering. I have been honored with the Indira Gandhi Excellence Award, Rashtriya Gaurav Award, and the Ideal Teacher Award for my outstanding performance and contribution.
