Close Monitoring of process parameters to avoid process defects like tool mark, spiral mark, under size, over size, surface roughness, straightening, die line, disc marking issue etc. Communicate with mechanical & electrical department to minimize delay. To arrange all consumable items including raw material, through coordination with the manager. Study of metallurgical requirement of the customer as per their TDC & Aim Chemistry. Always worked on planned / preventive maintenance of plant for ensuring to achieve maximum operational efficiencies of all plant and machineries & maximum availability of machine for production Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards. Increase production according to PPC and Also working under KAIZEN, Jishu Hozen (TPM) AND 5S.
