Sanjay has got close to 23 years overall experience out of which 20 years in IT consulting. He is a pass out of IIT Kharagpur and has worked extensively in SAP Analytics, IBM cloud and IBM cognitive technologies (AI, IOT etc.). Sanjay’s majority of experience has been in client-facing roles, both execution and advisory. Worked extensively with clients in Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific. Working style is result –oriented and collaborative, and thrives in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environments. Currently he is working as Associate Partner for Hybrid cloud COC. In his current role he is also responsible for helping the clients in their digital and data modernization journey. Sanjay is actively involved in leading the team in building client specific solution in Artificial Intelligence and building solutions like Market Insight, Digital Chatbot, Hr. Transformation, Data management, Cognitive procurement using IBM Watson and other AI and Data management technologies.Previously, Sanjay was the Service area Lead for IBM’s SAP Analytics Business for close to 4 years and in this capacity delivered outstanding growth to the IBM’s Global Delivery Analytics Business.Under his leadership the team grew from extensively.Sanjay was also responsible for the new technology Enablement and Growth Plays, including IBM India’s SAP BI/BO Enablement Initiative, and for IBM’s Point of View Creation around SAP Business Analytics. Sanjay has been able to design a true globally integrated Solutioning & delivery model that brings together the best of both worlds – local market insight and client Know how. Apart from consulting experience in PwC and IBM Sanjay has got 3 years work experience in Industrial project marketing in Organization like Philips and ABB. Sanjay is an Electronics and Electrical Communication graduate from IIT Kharagpur.Sanjay has worked extensively in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific region for Global clients. At the same time he has worked for Indian Clients like Reliance, L&T.
