The challenge here was to rebuild the organization which was virtually written off. Joined as Asst. Vice President and was promoted as Vice President in October 2009. The efforts over the last seven years have resulted in reviving the organization and it has grown from 100 employees to around 750 employees and today is recognized as one of the leading real estate players in the country. I am also the custodian of ethics in the organization is my role as Chief Ethics Counselor.

In my career spanning over 25 years and as part of senior management team, I have been closely involved in strategy formulation and implementation for different sectors such financial services sector which is relatively more conservative in its approach, the ITES sector which demands a more dynamic and flexible approach to handling human resource issues and currently the real estate sector which is relatively less organized as compared to the other sectors. I am also part of the business excellence journey as external assessor under TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model).
