Global Resource Management Office: Resource Capacity Planning, Demand Management and Resource Onboarding for global Customer Delivery business comprising eight regional centers and three ODCs of Customer Delivery engagements. ii. Customer Delivery Business and Revenue Operations: a. BizOps – Opportunities-to-Invoicing operations for 100+ MM USD/500+ consultants, KPI generation and Trackingb.
