Ideally helping in creating GCC center for companies. • As a Lead Recruiter, I manage multiple portfolio companies, overseeing both IT and non-IT hiring. • My role involves leading a team of recruiters, monitoring their performance, and ensuring we meet our turnaround time (TAT) goals. • The role is more of Program/ Delivery Manager where I make sure the recruitment in assigned portfolio is working smoothly.
