   Key Responsibilities :• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials including Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the zone/Country and analysis of Cash flow and variances.• Ensure timely closure of books and maintaining accuracy/quality of all related activities like ERP Accounting, JE, Account Reconciliation etc. through required co-ordination with various GCC teams as well as Country and Zone Controllers.• Income statement submission, Balance sheet submission, Inventory checks and analysis, Cash flow, Variance analysis Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow preparation and evaluations.• Responsible for compliance in terms of correctness, acceptable evidence, and approval flow of Manual Journals.• Make sure that Journal voucher, Provision, and accrual; DAG policies are applied by the assigned team members.• Budgeting responsibility- Help to participate in budgeting process (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cashflows and brand profitability report)• Ensure the closing instructions are being followed for the financial reporting as per Global.• Ensure delivery of operational performance within GCC / Zones against agreed SLA’s & KPI’s and complete adherence to SOX/MICS and audit compliances.• Partner with teams to identify improvements in efficiency, productivity & utilization across the zones and driving the improvements where required.• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders & address their concerns during daily, weekly, monthly reporting cycle.
