I’m Sanjay S. I currently work as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and I’m also pursuing CA Intermediate. Alongside that, I’ve been exploring how education, technology, and real-world skills can actually come together in a meaningful way. Over the past few years, I’ve tried different things — teaching, working with students, doing freelance work, and now building a few initiatives of my own. Some worked, some didn’t, but all of them taught me something important about how people learn, earn, and grow. Through my work, I’ve realized one thing clearly: A lot of people are not lacking effort — they’re lacking direction and exposure. That’s what I’m trying to solve. Today, I’m working on a few ideas: With Nexcubic, I’m helping students and small businesses work on real projects and build practical skills With Nurturex, I’m exploring ways to make farming more practical and income-focused for farmers With SowMate, I’m trying to build small self-sustaining models for communities like orphanages and rural areas And with Upbring Hut, I’m experimenting with fast, affordable room transformations and learning execution on ground I also spend a lot of time working with students — through classes, sessions, and conversations — helping them think a little beyond marks and placements. I’m still early in the journey, figuring things out, building step by step. But if there’s one direction I’m clear about, it’s this: I want to work on things that create real impact — where people can learn better, earn better, and build something of their own.
