Sanjay Paul is a traffic engineer/transportation planner and has approximately 17 years of experience in both public and private sectors including Arizona Department of Transportation. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Texas, a certified transportation operations engineer (PTOE), a professional transportation planner (PTP), and road safety professional (RSP). He holds Masters and PhD degrees from Arizona State University, and Bachelors’ from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He has published 50+ research papers in journals and conferences at national and international level. He has been involved in developing several manuals/guides for transportation engineering practices. He has served as Technical Advisory Committee member for a number of research projects.
