Over 20 years of industry experience in developing manufacturing processes and CMC strategies for biologics, cell therapies and novel modalities from preclinical up through Ph3 commercially-ready GMP manufacturing processes. Over 15 years of leadership experience in positions of increasing scope and responsibility.Areas of expertise include: • Aggressive advancement of biologics programs from Discovery to IND• Assessing the Manufacturability of preclinical assets prior to lead candidate selection• Process development for Live Bacterial Products, exosomes, novel biologics scaffolds and other new modalities• Development of culture processes and analytical methods for human hematopoietic stem cells, T-cells, dendritic cells and other primary cell lines • Generation of rapid, high-expressing cell lines (CHO) and upstream process development • Experience with scale-up & scale-out of disposable reactor systems and cell handling platforms • Technical transfer of upstream & downstream processes & CDMO management • Process characterization and qualification of Ph3 GMP manufacturing processes
