I am Sanjay Parmar Mech. Engineer having more than 22 years in Project execution/ Quality experience in the field of Project Construction Management Oil & gas/ Power/ Marine sectors / Liquid terminals. Currently, I am working as “Manager Construction” with M/s Howe Engineering Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd. at POL Storage Terminal for RIL Kanech, based at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. My scopes include Construction of “Liquid Terminal” with Civil, Mech, E&I activities for Liquid Storage Tanks, Structure and Process Piping, Utility system, handing over to end user. Recently, I was working as Manager (QA/QC) at LPG-Project with M/s Adani Ports Special Economic Zone Ltd, handling Project execution, QA/AC, Pre-commissioning activities in Gujarat. My scope was construction of Phase 1A capacity of 1.35MMTPA to 3.35MMTPA of 2 no’s Refrigerated storage tanks, Mounded bullets (2 nos) and associated Balance of plant equipment packages. I headed a team of more than 150 personnel (Including Staff & EPC’s Sub. contractor). Earlier, I executed Project Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) import terminal for Gujarat State Petroleum Corp (GSPC) worth INR 4,500 Crore at Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Mundra in Gujarat. I also work with Japanese multinational M/s Hitachi Plant Technologies Ltd, as a Project Engineer at Singapore. I was responsible for fabrication - Process / Utility Piping / structure, Equipment erection, pre commissioning at Senoko power station & Petrochemical complex division (TREX-Project), Jurong Island, Singapore. I also got an opportunity to work with multinational reputed organizations as M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Hazira Works, Surat. Gujarat. India. My activity included site Project execution for Piping, structure, Jackets fabrication, erection, painting, Box-up, pre commissioning, sea fastening & Barge load out for offshore well head platforms / Compressor modules. My Project execution experience comprises close monitoring to Project schedule, Fabrication / Erection / Pre - commissioning of Piping, Structure, Scope preparation / Piping equipment’s, Skid, Pipe racks, Ducts, Firefighting line, HP lines, Piping Insulation, Technical specification documents review / Prepare & Establish Quality Procedures / WPS/ PQR /WQT / Prepare Design change note / Maintaining Loop history, Monitoring Project progress, Prepare / Approve Method of statement, Vendor evaluation, avoid delays until Project handover to clients.
