As the Senior Engineering Director in Unisys India, I lead a team of over 350 talented engineers on the development of Unisys Technology products and solutions of the ClearPath Platform for APAC.In this role, I am responsible for developing and implements a comprehensive engineering strategy for APAC in alignment with the goals of the Engineering Organization. My teams work as a part of the global teams which develop OS and Platforms software for Unisys ClearPath Forward Operating Systems and other technologies in the Modern Full stack. My responsibility also includes managing the Engineering Services function that provides Engineering Testing Services and other tools and documentation support.Apart from the responsibilities of delivering the products to the roadmap, I am also responsible for the following- Developing staffing and retention strategies- Managing financial targets for the India R&D operations- Liaising with other functions: HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Compliance and Regulatory, BCP, etc.
