   Managing the works with the Project Manager in the Project works with respect to finalization of OEM, Vendors, Invoicing, Milestones, Subcontractors finalization, BOQ finalization, tendering works for services works for contractors.•Preparing BOQ for active devices for the project as per the contact requirements.•Involved in negotiations with OEM and services contractors effectively for onboarding them at the earliest and cost effectively as per our defined budgets.•Taking care of billings for sub-contractors after site verifications and material RFI is completed with the client.•Close co-ordination with Installation, Interface and Design Teams for getting the PDD, FDD, designs drawings completed timely to achive key dates.•Preparation of documentation for Method Statements, DID’s FAT, IAT, PAT documents.•Assessing the Interface requirements for our installations and taking the corrective actions to minimize the time for timely completion of works.•Assessing the equipment and material requirement for site installation and taking approvals from management for timely completion of works.•Managing a team of 20 L&T staff with 6 subcons vendors having more than 100 workers in the project.•Planning work as per the front availability and assessing the manpower required from subcons so works get completed timely.•Maintaining records of all the issues which are delaying our works from client side, other agencies and sending letters to agencies and client if dates of access are not received as per the required project timelines which helps while claiming Delay variations.•Attending site visits with clients, team members to access the ground reality of the works and highlighting the delays due to other agencies with proper MOM and RFI’s via letter.•Co-ordination with HQ for getting support in invoicing of the vendors and sub-contractors timely.•Timely submissions of reports and milestones to claim milestones them at the earliest so the cash flow is maintained.
