Joined as National Sales Head - Consumer Broadband (Wifi & FTTH) before moving on to an enhanced role of additionally leading Business Development of Mobility & M2M/IoT Solutions. Currently heading Pan-India Sales Operations, Business Commercials (B2B Pricing, Portfolio & Bids Management) & Business Transformation for Enterprise Business Unit of Vodafone Idea Ltd. Vi business is a USD 1 billion unit encompassing Enterprise, SMB and Carrier (Wholesale) segments. A multi-product, multi-solutions unit looking after e2e requirements of digital communications need of institutional customers. Enterprise Mobility, Fixed line communication, IoT & Cloud solutions are the main-stay product lines of Vi business. These varied and ever-evolving products and solutions require a robust and future proof automation and digitalization drive which is one of my key focus areas to achieve empowerment of our frontline sales & service teams. GTM strategy & Sales Operations to enable pan-India direct and channel sales, Sales segments, BD & solution sales teams is my mainstay deliverable apart from agility and focus on B2B Pricing, Portfolio creation and Bids management to grow enteprise wallet share and win ratios.
