My role involves steering high-impact research initiatives, fostering global and regional partnerships, and shaping evidence-based policy recommendations that contribute to India’s and the Global South’s economic and strategic discourse.I also oversee international collaborations, institutional outreach, and knowledge dissemination, ensuring that RIS continues to serve as a thought leader in global governance, sustainable development, and multilateral negotiations. Under my leadership, RIS strengthens its engagement with policy makers, academia, industry leaders, and multilateral organizations, driving forward research that informs inclusive growth strategies, digital transformation, and South-South cooperation.Additionally, I provide oversight for RIS’s publication and dissemination activities, ensuring that its research outputs—ranging from policy briefs to in-depth reports—are accessible, impactful, and aligned with contemporary global challenges. My broader mission is to enhance RIS’s role as a key intellectual hub, contributing to informed policy-making in India and across the developing world.
