As the General Manager, in charge of the Executive Establishment department, I manage all HR matters right from joining service in the Executive Grade, onboarding, promotion, transfers, performance appraisals, as well as exit, retirement and post-retirement benefits.I also take care of the Rajbhasha department at CCL, and played an instrumental role in solving the manpower deficit in the department, better compliance with Rajbhasha directives, partnering with Central Translation Bureau and also winning CCL the First Prize in Rajbhasha implementation by the Nagar Rajbhasha Karyanvayan Samiti in 2024-25.I briefly held the charge as GM HRD as well, looking into aspects like Training and Development, iGOT Karmayogi, PM Internship Scheme etc.Also, between September and December 2024, I managed the Non-Executive Establishment department with additional charge.
