With over 35 years of experience, I have specialized in Highways and Transportation, gaining valuable experience in diverse locations such as Bhutan, India, Mongolia, Nepal, Indonesia and Tajikistan in Asia, and Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania in Africa. Throughout my career, I have successfully completed numerous feasibility studies and detailed engineering design projects in various capacities. I have had the privilege of working on projects funded by major development banks, including the World Bank, ADB, AFDB, IBRD, KfW-Germany, Kuwait FAED, and AFD of France. In recent years, I have served as Team Leader on several detailed engineering projects, including: • Collection of the Baseline Data and Development of a Spatial Database for the Public Roads Network of Mainland Tanzania • Updation of Current National Target Development Program (20••••25 for the Transport Sector of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026 to 2040. • Feasibility Study, ESIA, Preparation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Concept Engineering Design, Advisory Service and Preparation of Procurement Documents of Addis Ababa – Jimma Expressway Project- Ethiopia • Accelerating Infrastructure Delivery through Better Engineering Services Project (ESP) – Project Preparation Consultant (PPC) Package 3A. Indonesia • Preparation of DPR for Development of Economic Corridors, in India (Lot-1/Madhya Pradesh / Package – 6), India (Total Length: 327 km). • Provision of Consultancy Services to Undertake Road Inventory and Condition Survey for Coastal Zone in Kenya (2/4 Lane Classified Road is 54613.2 kms and Narrow/unclassified Road about kms) • Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design and Preparation of Tender Documents for Upgrading of Kolandoto - Lalago - Mwahunzi - Oldean ‘B’ Junction Road (328 Km, 2-lane) to Bitumen Standard in Tanzania. • PPTA for the Uttar Pradesh (India) Major District Road Improvement Program (430 km)- Design Review, completed in August 2015, • Feasibility study, detailed design, and tender document preparation for the Kumasi Road and Drainage Extension project in Ghana, • Detailed design and tender document preparation for the Unt-Murun Road project (255 km), in Mongolia Specialties: • Road Inventory condition and database management • Highway design, cost estimation, and bid document preparation • Proficient in MX Highway Design software, Civil Design, and AutoCAD I bring a wealth of experience and technical expertise to every project, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
