His notable achievements include launching the FTL for first time in india, implementation of “HBT technology” in fluorescent tubes for the first time in India, leading fastest conversion of CFL to LED plant(5 months), increasing turnover of HQ lamps from 450 million/yr to 3500 million/yr in 4 years.
