Sanjay is currently Partner at Deloitte Consulting.Prior to current role Sanjay worked with DXC Technology (earlier HP enterprise services) as Director - Head of Sales and Practices at DXC Technology India. In this role, Sanjay was responsible for DXC India business across verticals and geography. In addition to the sales leader role, Sanjay was also responsible for DXC Practices in India for Enterprise Applications and Consulting & Analytics. One of the primary responsibilities was to build and mentor team of Sales Managers, sales professionals, Sales Executives and Practices team.Prior to DXC role, Sanjay was in various sales leadership roles at HP Enterprise Servies in India. Sanjay over his last 20 years at DXC and Hewlett Packard (HP) also served as Sales Manager - Consutling & Intergration at HP Services in India, Principal Consultant for BFSI Vertical at HP Asia Pacific, and other roles with Hewlett Packard.Before joining HP, Sanjay served as Practice Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd. He began his career at CMS Chain reaction in 1994 followed by Datapro Information Technology Ltd. in 1995. Sanjay was the founding member of HCL Infosystem’s Net Solutions Group an startup business unit to focus on Service Provider businesses within the company and later grew in the leadership position at that unit.Over the 28 years of professional career, Sanjay has been integral in helping build and incubate various business units and service offerings. During this time, Sanjay gained a reputation of an acute business strategist and a technology thought leader.Specialties: Sanjay has deep experience of solution and services offering to Banking, Insurance and Telecom Industry verticals.
