Responsible for 3 PET Lines (Newamstar 400BPM & 600BPM CSD & HOT FILL, Tech-Long 440BPM HOT FILL).* FPR of Newamstar line 400 bpm CSD line. Expert especially combi (blowing expert).*All filler I can do handle like-CSD filler, Volumetric filler, gravity filler, weight metric filler.*Others packaging machine working like-Labeler, mixer, conveyor system, sleeve applicator, case packer, tray packer, EBI, both laser printer & ink printer, palletizer, warmer & cooling tower.* Responsible for line efficiency, yield maintaining every SKU run wise.* Responsible for spares arrangement from OEM & others vendors. Contact to them for quotation, reference to PR making & given & following up.*Checking spare availability, making PR, service PR, review PO no spares for parchaging bySAP.*Production planning weekly basis after plan coming to PMS software, we plan which SKU wise running the line to reduce changeover activity. Checking DSR report for RMPM availability to complete production with maximum efficiency.*Working those brands are Appy & Frooti, Dhishoom.* Every machine PM schedule making working with operators & technicians.* List making of annual Maintenance each machine & do planning accordingly.* Analyzing machine break down and abnormality and taking corrective measures. Making RCA, Keep maintenance record RCA analysis.*Preparing maintenance procedure, SOPs, instruction and standard.Documentation:*Daily updating FTD, MTD, YTD final reports & send HODs.*Working on PMS, daily updating production of PMS hourly basis & cross verify line efficiency FTD, MTD, YTD.*Every machine making RCA CAPA reports for avoid market complain (torque & net content, flap open issues), breakdown analysis report, AM reports, checking PM Sheets.*Daily updating excels line efficiency, yield, maintenance activity, spare replace sheet, etc.*Every SKU end up updating yield report for preform, closers, C02, trays.*Working on SAP for all production tools.
