My responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for over 3,500 professionals, implementing an Electronic Human Resource Management System (E-HRM), and establishing a robust Performance Management System (PMS). I also focus on Learning & Development frameworks, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and liaising with senior government officials and development partners.Achievements: I played a foundational role in establishing my current organisation, leading the creation of the Project Management Unit (PMU) and defining operational protocols.
