Manager HR operations at Multi Units-Align and manage Human Resource systems and processes to the Business objectives to ensure attraction, utilization, development and retention of talent across Business -Manage the Induction process and ensure smooth transition of employees into the Business-Continuously review and modify the same as per business / market requirement -Alignment of Minimum Wages in line with respective State / Zone Implement revision of MW as per the notification of government-Ensure the timely disbursement of Salaries-Maintain and review the Human Resource MIS / HR Analytic to ensure effective and appropriate reports are in place to analyze business needs-Manage and oversee HR operations at Units.
