Involved in sourcing value-add multifamily investment opportunities in Northeast Florida and South Carolina. We are aggressively seeking 100 plus unit multifamily properties built post 1970 to the early Prefer value-add assets but will also consider core assets in strong secondary markets in FL, SC and TX. We are a principal in such transactions and are willing to compensate brokers who can bring us off-market deals, where they are direct to the seller/owner. Will consider individual assets as well as multifamily portfolios ranging from $3 million to $200 million.
