Metro Rail professional with around 15 years of experience in the field of Transportation-Metro Rail/Railway AFC (Automatic Fare collection System) and IT System. Currently Working as Project Manager-AFC, RVNL Kolkata Project at Datamatics Global Services Ltd. Responsibilities: System Design, Installation, testing, commissioning, Operation and maintenance of AFC system, IT system Services to the high levels of quality, standards. Experienced professional worked as Employer (Project), Operation & Maintenance, System Contractor of Metro Rail and Railway projects. Worked for Delhi Metro, Mumbai Metro and Lucknow Metro AFC systems: Thales France, Samsung SDS Korea, Indra Sistemas Spain, Mikroelektronika,The Czech Republic Strong knowledge of Metro Rail AFC system, Ticket media ISO 7816, ISO IT infrastructure, Database Administration. Active participation in design of AFC system architecture, Preparation and implementation of Business rule, Network design and integration with Telecom service provider. Integration and testing with CCHS (Central clearing house system) of Delhi Metro Rail corporation Interface and Co-ordination with DDCs (Design Contractor) and Site installation interface Interface of AFC system with Bank and payment gateway agency for online Web Topup, Auto Topup and POS terminal transactions. Responsible for AFC system tests: IVR (Installation verification record), PAT (Partial acceptance test), SAT (System acceptance test), Integration & service trial test. DLP Support for Operation & maintenance of system.Project Monitoring and Reporting, maintaining, updating records. O&M of AFC system for Mumbai Metro. Coordination of site activities with Vendor, Operation & Maintenance. Quality audit activities & Safety meetings.
