   Joined as Manager - India and successfully grew to the current role as Ansys grew in the region • Facilitated the HR transformation from 2018 to 2022 as Ansys moved to implementation of Global HRIS in Ansys• Trusted Business Partner for local leadership team to help resolve and partner for employee and HR solutions • Helped setup DEI & B initiatives in India like the Women-in-Technology (WIT) and LGBTQI focus groups • Leading M&A activity for acquired entities in the region • Total employee strength grew from 90 employees in 2005 to 650 in Jan 2022. So also, the HR team size grew from a three-member team in 2005 to a 13 member team with all the different HR COE functions to support the growth• Nominated to participate in the 2012 Global ANSYS Leadership Academy and successfully completed the program. Each year the program selects only 15 participants across ANSYS worldwide • September 2010 to March 2011, was giving the responsibility for hiring in APAC (excluding Japan). All approved positions (15), including senior levels were closed within six months
