Not many get an opportunity to create a new business by being the first worker. Those who get this opportunity often do so in mature and proven business concepts. I am extremely fortunate to get this opportunity twice. My second effort to set up a new business. What a unique experience to be the first employee and lone worker, in still new and evolving business concept of Retail Asset Reconstruction and build a successful business brick by brick. Not many retail businesses become profitable in less than 2 years. Not many become market leaders in less than 3 years. The journey continues to first build a new road and then walking on it and staying the torch bearer. Innovation and creativity is rewarding. Building and walking a new road is an amazing adventure. What a fun to keep challenging one self, accepting the challenge and beating oneself.
