Managing end to end T&E process for India entity:• Audit expense reports and process employee reimbursements in line with company policies.• Oversee corporate card and P-Card application processing and administration.• Respond to help desk tickets from employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.• Ensure timely recovery of cash advances from employees through meticulous reconciliation.• Manage end-to-end payment processing for corporate cards, out of pockets, travel service provider, duty payments and manual payments.• Month end accruals report to stake holders• Working with the Concur administrator to implement necessary changes in the system.
