Five years at Microsoft taught me something profound.Careers Change. Titles change. Teams change.What doesn’t change is how hard it is to build products people truly rely on. Not because they’re told to, but because they want to.I’ve worked across technology, product management, program management, business operations, and customer success, often in unconventional roles. From starting out as Customer Success Manager, to serving as Chief of Staff (Studio Manager) for the VP of Product Experiences at Microsoft India, I’ve sat at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people.Today, I’m back where I feel most at home: building products.I work on Microsoft Planner, shaping productivity and collaboration experiences with a deep focus on AI-driven work management. I’m especially interested in how intelligent systems can help people cut through chaos, stay accountable, and actually get things done without feeling overwhelmed by tools.Alongside product, I care deeply about people.I actively champion diversity and inclusion at Microsoft, leading initiatives for a 16k+ strong community across Microsoft India and contributing to the Aspire Leadership Council, helping shape career pathways for early-career professionals globally. I also serve as President of the Microsoft Hyderabad Running Club, creating initiatives that bring people together through movement and shared goals.Outside work, you’ll usually find me chasing hard goals: training for long-distance races, lifting heavy, exploring startups, or spending time with spirituality and reflection.If you’re excited about AI, product thinking, or building workplaces where people do their best work, I’d love to connect.
