ABOUT SANJANA BHARADWAJ
I am a committed scholar who focuses on language rights for linguistic minorities in India. I have obtained my LLM degree from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Currently, I am enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the same university, where my research is centered on linguistic human rights among the tribal group in India. Having served as an Assistant Professor of Law since September 2019, I have taught students at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have written many research articles covering a wide range of legal fields, with a special focus on Constitutional and Administrative Law. I exhibit a determined, dedicated, and concentrated mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach. While studying at NALSAR, I enthusiastically participated in DEVISE, a student-led endeavor focused on offering English language instruction to disadvantaged youngsters. This program is in line with our objective of establishing inclusive educational institutions for a more inclusive society. The curriculum prioritized the study of different components of speech, while seventh-grade pupils were primarily focused on enhancing their reading and writing abilities. Aside from my academic pursuits, I have engaged in internships at esteemed institutions, such as CRY (Child Rights and You), where my duties included organizing collaboration between educational institutions and volunteers for the Election Advocacy Campaign. This included reaching out to universities in Bangalore, arranging meetings to organize Election Advocacy Campaign events, conveying campaign information via phone conversations, and visiting universities to distribute posters and campaign commitment papers. In addition, I have acquired significant expertise via internships at esteemed organizations such NGT (National Green Tribunal), Delhi High Court, Human Rights Commission, Chhattisgarh, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and the Center for WTO Studies.
