Responsible for the adoption of new Debt and Investment policies. • Assist the Budget team with the organization’s operational budget. • Manage $1.3 billion bond portfolio ensuring debt service payments and compliance to bondholders, lenders and IRS.• Manage $80 million+ energy portfolio, which includes the procurement and purchase of diesel fuel, electricity and natural gas. • Responsible for the RFP issuance and contract management for banks, financial advisors, and investment bankers.
