Healthcare Administration graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a strong foundation in operations, DEI, and process improvement.I\'ve gained diverse experience across healthcare operations, equity, and administrative support. As an Operations Intern at MATTER Health, I led cross-functional audits and AI-driven process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. My fellowship with the Community Health Equity Response Collaborative involved managing a community-based mobile market project, including survey distribution and best practice research. At Advocate Health, I supported DEI efforts by creating engagement tools and standardizing resources for a large employee base. Additionally, my administrative internship at NovaMed Urgent Care provided practical exposure to clinic operations and patient coordination.Whether I’m developing new projects to enhance efficiency or mentoring youth in my community, I approach every challenge with a drive to make things better.
