Most teams struggle because work runs on people instead of systems. For 15+ years, I\'ve helped organizations fix the things that slow teams down: rework, unclear ownership, dropped balls, and decisions that take too long. The core problem I see everywhere: you can\'t fix how work gets done until you can actually see how it flows. When I come in, I focus on three things: 1. See the work clearly: I find where things break down, where they get stuck, and where nobody knows who owns what. Fix how work moves: I replace the firefighting with clear ownership, simple processes, and visibility so nothing slips.
