My responsibilities include coordinating a mixed-method research study focusing on the nuances of culturally competent care and promoting inclusive practices for diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. I liaise with potential interviewees and brief them about the study\'s objectives while ensuring stringent safety and confidentiality measures. I provide pivotal support to the IRB applications across Akre Labs\' portfolio. Integral to my role is conducting comprehensive literature reviews, adeptly managing a team of research assistants, and optimizing collective efforts to drive impactful insights.
