I’m Saniya Makkad, currently pursuing my MBA in Pharmaceutical Management at Chitkara University, where I’m building expertise in business strategy, marketing, sales, and brand management for the healthcare industry. My goal is to merge my strong scientific foundation with market-driven strategies to create impactful results in the pharmaceutical sector.My journey began with a deep love for science during my 12th grade at DPS, where I excelled in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. This passion led me to earn my B.Pharm from Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research, where I developed an in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical world—studying the mechanism of drugs, ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion), and gaining full knowledge of drug formulation, therapeutic applications, and regulatory aspects.Beyond academics, I have actively embraced leadership roles—organizing and managing events, anchoring programs, and serving on the student council for three consecutive years. These experiences have strengthened my communication, strategic planning, and team management skills—qualities essential for success in Marketing, Sales, and Product Management (PMT).Looking ahead, I aspire to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry by designing innovative marketing campaigns, strengthening brand presence, and driving sales growth bridging the gap between science and business in ways that are both innovative and impactful.
