As a Curriculum Manager at Tricentis, I design, development, and continuous improvement of our product training programs to drive product adoption and client success. My responsibilities include- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with product features, updates, and strategic goals- Conducting training needs assessments for both external and internal stakeholders- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive curriculum roadmap in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices- Designing engaging training content, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led materials- Creating and managing certification programs in line with our certification strategy- Overseeing the implementation and delivery of training initiatives, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness- Measuring the impact of training programs through learner assessments, analytics, and feedback loops- Managing the training portfolio to ensure content is current, accurate, and well-maintained- Supporting and guiding instructional designers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
