Hi, I am Sanika More, an MBA Human Resource Management (HRM) student.HR Intern at HRassistance India Consultancy LLP :As an HR intern at HR Assistance India LLP, I’m gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate management, and communication via Zoho Recruit.I’ve also been actively involved in the implementation of Zoho People (HRMS) from scratch, where I’ve contributed to structuring employee data, workflows, and process alignment.Alongside technical exposure, I’ve taken on responsibilities such as connecting with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for hiring coordination and helping bridge industry and talent.MBA Campus Management :Currently pursuing my MBA in HRM, I’m passionate about building efficient, people-first workplaces using modern HR practices and tools.On campus, I held the role of Exam Department Head in the Student Council (FY), where I coordinated academic operations, events, and student engagement.Currently serving as head of Research and head of Digital & Social Media in the Student Council, combining analytical insights with creative communication to drive impactful initiatives. Bachelor of Commerce (UG):I hold a BCom degree with a specialization in marketing, which laid the foundation for my strategic thinking and communication skills. Auditor Intern at Levare Consultancy :I’ve had previous internship experience with Levare Consultants as a part of UG coursework; I was part of finance and asset audits across various companies. This experience helped me sharpen my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, giving me exposure to organizational systems and professional environments.
