   As a Salesforce Technical Consultant with 4.5+ years of IT experience, I specialize in delivering digital transformation projects using Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) for the Energy and Utilities domain, particularly focusing on EE and EV product journeys.I have hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise solutions using FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Apex. I’ve successfully migrated complex EV functionality from custom standard objects to Salesforce-native architecture, implemented incentive calculation logic (for Level 2/DCFC chargers and Load Management Technologies), and optimized performance across the solution stack.My contributions include building DocuSign CLM flows, configuring Vlocity product models (attributes, bundles, attribute rules), designing Salesforce metadata (objects, flows, approvals, record types), and developing custom features using LWC and Apex.
