I’m Sanika Rastogi, a final year MSc Psychology student (Counseling specialization) at Mount Carmel College, Bengaluru, with a deep passion for research, education, and human development. My journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to excellence and consistency in the extensive coursework that I have undertaken. I have complemented that with hands-on work in clinical and counseling settings, research fellowships, and academic writing across diverse topics from identity development to workplace violence. I’ve presented at national-level mental health forums and published my dissertation on academic stress and strengths-based coping.Alongside formal education, I’ve completed certified training in suicide prevention (NIMHANS), cognitive ergonomics (IIT Roorkee), and neuropsychology (IIT Kanpur, Yale, Melbourne). I\'m skilled in behavioral observation, qualitative analysis, SPSS, and academic writing.Through internships, leadership roles, and volunteering (Delhi Mental Health Council, Margika, Nav Uday Kiran), I’ve developed a grounded, empathetic approach whether in counseling, curriculum planning, or awareness building. My goal is to pursue a career that blends research, teaching, and therapeutic practice helping others grow, heal, and thrive through evidence-based, culturally grounded interventions. Let’s connect and collaborate on research, psychology, and education!
