ABOUT SANIKA RAJDE

Having finished my Master\'s in Life Science with a specialization in Biotechnology, I am working as an Associate Scientist at Epigeneres Biotech Pvt. Ltd, now known as Tzar Genomics India Pvt. Ltd. I have developed skills, including blood processing, RNA & DNA extraction, quality control, droplet digital PCR, and experience in handling several laboratory instruments. I have also contributed to multiple research studies here and have prepared documents for laboratory accreditation. My previous internship at ICMR-NIRRCH was based on the evaluation of microRNAs as diagnostic markers for breast cancer detection. It helped me gain several hands-on skills such as RT-qPCR, RNA isolation, and cDNA synthesis. I am well-acquainted with other skills I have learned throughout my academic and professional life, including Electrophoresis, Blotting, Chromatography, Tissue Culture, etc. I have completed two dissertation projects during my Master\'s program - one at ICMR-NIRRCH and the other at my college. I have worked as a Scientific Writer during my internship at InfeXn Laboratories Pvt. Ltd, a company specializing in diagnostic testing of infectious diseases specific to India. Additionally, I have completed a wide range of courses and certifications, which add to my knowledge base.
