About Sanij Gyawali
Started working with GE Digital as Power Systems Software Engineer since January 2021. Responsible for ADMS product development and deployment. Working with Electric Utilities on ADMS specifications, modeling, coding, testing, integration, application tuning, delivery, and maintenance- Extensively use Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) as an ETL tool, C# and C++ for product enhancement and code patches; python for automation scripts- MS Thesis under Dr Virgilio Centeno to develop a data-driven dynamic load model using PMU-like simulated data from PSS/E with an intention of supporting contingency simulations to run faster in comparison to contemporary methods- Extensively used Matlab, R, SQL, Python packages (Numpy, Pandas, Scikitlearn, Matplotlib, Keras and Tensorflow) and Power Systems Tools (OpenDSS, PSS/E) while working towards my thesis and for course works- Interested in roles pertaining to Power Systems and/or Energy Analytics and/or Software Development.
