ABOUT SANIA S.
I think like an economist. I work like a startup operator. My edge is structural: I read markets, incentives, pricing dynamics, and user behaviour, and I apply that thinking through execution in early-stage companies, not just analysis. At Shakktii AI, I\'ve been in the Founder\'s Office since the early days of MockMingle\'s launch, building institutional partnerships from scratch, designing impact pilots that directly shaped product and pricing decisions, and supporting investor-facing strategy during fundraising conversations. At Makeke, a UK-based startup, I contributed to a founder-led platform pivot, leading competitive benchmarking, building GTM positioning frameworks, and designing revenue models that were adopted into pricing decisions. I\'m drawn to environments where the work is still being figured out. I operate well across functions, navigate ambiguity comfortably, and care about building things that are both useful and rigorous. MSc Applied Economics, University of Bath, Merit Scholar. Open to connecting with founders, operators, and people building things worth building.
