Internally, stakeholders included hiring managers, the interview panels and recruiters-Consistent with data management in terms of schedules, reschedules and weekly/monthly/quarterly reports-Created trackers for the recruiters to manage timely coordination and reporting-Worked on a Post Offer Engagement plan and drove the Post Offer Engagement for the team and business I support-Took initiative to work on projects that could help and bridge the gaps in processes and improve quality-Worked on the communication templates for the external stakeholders-Coordinated for hiring drives for positions like Product Analyst, Business Analyst-Helped in streamlining the candidate experience journey-Experience with Mynext hire ATS
