About Sania Khan
Technology can optimize work, but optimization means nothing if it comes at the cost of human value. My mission is to bridge that gap by showing how responsible AI adoption can unlock both human potential and business results. We’re at a critical inflection point. As machines grow more capable, we must ensure humans grow more empowered, not sidelined. That means rethinking how work is done, where value is created, and how we intentionally design AI-enabled organizations that are not just efficient but equitable. With 15+ years of experience across labor economics, AI strategy, and workforce transformation, I help leaders navigate disruption with clarity and purpose. Some jobs will disappear, but this is also a rare opportunity to realign talent with high-ROI activities, redistribute tasks to AI, and rebuild work from the ground up in ways that strengthen both business and society. As former Chief Economist at Eightfold AI, I led pioneering research on the impact of AI on labor markets. Today, through my firm Inflection Point Strategy, I advise companies, governments, and think tanks on ethical AI integration, skills-based workforce design, and future-proofing strategy. I also serve as Head of AI Strategy at Gitforce, helping SMBs deploy AI agents that improve operations, without displacing people. Whether through keynotes, content, or consulting, my work centers on a simple truth: Innovation without responsibility is just disruption. But with the right frameworks, we can turn disruption into sustainable transformation. Let’s redesign work: intelligently, inclusively, and intentionally.
