Projects:• Sundon- Substation and Cable Routing. £6.2M.• Hunterston- Battery Energy Storage System. £7.8M.• Clifton Maybank - Solar Farms. £2.5 M.• Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture & Storage. £ 248M.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with Project Managers and subcontractors to establish Work Breakdown Structures, define work sequencing, and align baseline programmes with project milestones and deliverables.• Develop and maintain fully integrated, resource and cost loaded project schedules in Primavera P6, covering Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works.• Monitor site progress and continuously update programme progress, variations, early warnings, and compensation events, ensuring accuracy and schedule transparency in compliance with NEC contracts.• Conduct planned vs actual progress analysis and prepare lookahead schedules to support timely execution.• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, critical path analyses, and performance dashboards for management and client review.• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to evaluate project against time and cost, providing reliable forecasts and progress insights.• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimse planning activities and material delivery timelines for efficient project execution and reporting.• Support the preparation of tender, baseline, and revised programmes, standardising activity coding, calendars, and reporting formats in Primavera P6 to ensure consistent project control.
