As a business and delivery excellence leader, I drive transformation programs focusing on client value add, business profitability, and reducing risk exposure. I focus on driving sustainable improvements by strengthening the people – process – technology triad. My strength is in my ability to identify the core pain areas of the stakeholders and bring in a collaborative leadership approach to identify and implement lasting solutions to address them. I believe in continuous learning and embracing uncharted waters and help my team to do the same. Over the past 25+ years, I had the opportunity to be associated and work with industry-leading minds in Siemens, Infosys, and PwC. Some of my significant achievements during these times were: • My business unit was recognized as the \'Best Business Unit\' for 2017. Quality & Productivity performance was a major parameter in the evaluation. • Outcomes of some of the transformation programs were:* hard savings of ~ 3% of the unit revenue in a single FY.* reduce product release cycle time by 33%* improve NPS by 20% and reduce client escalations by 70% Structured technique leveraging the principles of Lean Six Sigma helped identify areas of improvement in areas of process (industry best practices, governance, checklists), technology (tools and accelerators), and people (training and accountability). • Silver winner of Infosys Excellence Award for ‘Innovation – Initiatives’ in 2012. I was part of one of an award-winning team that conceptualized, developed, and implemented an integrated solution delivery platform for the banking product development team. This platform not only helped improve the overall execution productivity by 15% but was also acknowledged by analysts as a strong differentiator in terms of execution capabilities • Business Unit receiving ‘Commendation for Strong Commitment to Excel’ in CII - EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence 2008. I was assigned the responsibility to lead a cross functional team to design and implement key unit-wide change initiatives which drove business excellence. Robustness of the design, rigor of implementation, and business outcomes achieved were assessed as part of the award evaluation. On a personal front, I love to have a bucket list and the one which I am currently pursuing is to be a fitness enthusiast. The next in line is to be a writer.
